Despite working hard, the life of Mrs. Dinh Thi Ha's family (residing in Cha La village, Binh Thuan commune) is always in a state of shortage due to unstable agricultural prices and raising three school-age children.
In early 2023, understanding the difficult circumstances of its members, the Women's Union of Binh Thuan commune supported Ms. Ha to access preferential loans. With 50 million VND of the job creation loan disbursed from the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Buon Ho town and 40 million VND from the start-up capital of the Women's Union of the town, Ms. Ha invested in replanting 1 hectare of coffee and building barns, raising sows for breeding. Last year alone, the family earned nearly 100 million VND from selling agricultural products and piglets; thanks to that, they had the conditions to repair and renovate the temporary house that had been degraded for many years.

As for Ms. Lang Thi Net (Binh Thuan 3 village), it is the timely attention and support of women's associations at all levels that has helped her family continue to develop the clean coffee production model.
In 2018, realizing that local people had a need for pure roasted coffee products, she boldly started a business by investing in a roasting machine and opening a small coffee shop. With a passion for business, she constantly learned and perfected the clean coffee production process, from which her family's coffee products have received the love of many people.
In 2023, Ms. Net's family decided to establish Le Gia Tay Nguyen TPM Company Limited. In December 2024, Le Gia Tay Nguyen roasted coffee beans were recognized as a 3-star OCOP product.
To improve quality and meet customer requirements, in early 2025, her family decided to pool all their savings and borrow an additional 50 million VND from preferential loans introduced by the Commune Women's Union to purchase more production machinery and expand the factory.
Thanks to that, the product quality has been increasingly improved, with a stable output, with a consumption output of nearly 1 ton of roasted coffee beans/month. From the production and processing of locally available raw materials, Ms. Net's production facility has helped consume agricultural products for many coffee growing households in the area and created stable jobs for 2 local workers with an income of 4 million VND/person/month.
