Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Le Vinh Quy emphasized: In recent years, for various reasons, a number of ethnic minority people in Dak Lak have believed and followed bad people's enticements, enticements, and sold their assets to leave their homeland and illegally migrate to Thailand with the illusion of a happy life and high income.

However, when arriving in Thailand, people did not enjoy the conditions as promised by the subjects, but instead had a miserable life, rented a house to live in, had no jobs, children could not go to school, were sick and did not receive medical care... many people even violated the law and were arrested and prosecuted by the Royal Thai Police...

Implementing the lenient and humane policy of our Party and State, with the spirit of "mutual love and support" of the great national unity bloc, from 2020 to present, the Ministry of Public Security together with the authorities at all levels of Dak Lak province have promoted, mobilized, and created conditions for 42 people to return home to reunite with their families. Among them is the family of Ms. Ro Au H'hra.

In order to promptly support Mrs. Ro Au H'hra's family to stabilize their lives soon, Dak Lak Provincial Police together with authorities at all levels promptly provided essential necessities, reissued personal documents, created conditions for the couple's 3 children to go to school, and supported Mrs. Ro Au H'hra and her husband in finding jobs.

Through this, Dak Lak Provincial Police hope that people living in the province will focus on taking care of their work, production, and enriching their families and hometowns.
