Deploying fire fighting and rescue drills with the mobilization of many forces and means

This afternoon, September 9, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong, Head of the Provincial Fire Prevention and Control Practice Steering Committee chaired a meeting to deploy the tasks of the provincial fire prevention and control practice with the mobilization of many forces and means in 2024.

Implementing Plan No. 19/KH-UBND dated January 20, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee, which includes organizing a fire fighting plan drill at the level of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee (chaired by the Provincial People's Committee) with the mobilization of forces and means of the fire prevention and fighting police and rescue of neighboring localities; on the basis of the fire fighting plan at Jinquan One Member Co., Ltd. (located in Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park, Dong Ha City) approved by the Provincial People's Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Police advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Steering Committee for the Fire Fighting Plan Drill at the provincial level in 2024.

Advise the steering committee to issue a scenario for a provincial-level firefighting exercise plan that mobilizes many forces and means at Jinquan Company Limited. Receive comments from relevant units and agree on the assignment of tasks to forces and means participating in the firefighting and rescue exercise plan. The time for organizing joint training, rehearsal and practice must be completed before October 10.

After listening to the delegates' comments and concluding the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested the members of the steering committee to continue to closely coordinate with the Provincial Police in advising on the implementation of the contents according to the plan, plan and scenario of the fire fighting and rescue drill with the mobilization of many forces and means. The official practice time was agreed to be from October 8 to 11.

Assign the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with relevant units and Jinquan Company Limited to organize training, joint training and rehearsal to be completed before October 8. Coordinate closely with other provinces in mobilizing forces and means to participate in the exercise. Inspect, urge and guide relevant units to strictly implement the exercise contents.

Note that the content of the fire fighting plan practice must closely follow the approved plan and scenario, ensuring that the command and operation work is unified and smooth. Advise the Provincial People's Committee to draw on practical experience from the practice session to direct localities, relevant departments, branches and sectors to organize fire fighting plan practice for the following years with appropriate scale and form according to the provisions of law.

Regarding the composition of delegates attending the internship, in addition to the proposal of the Provincial Police, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong requested to invite all enterprises in Nam Dong Ha Industrial Park; delegates from districts and towns; Division 968; units such as petroleum businesses, forestry companies; production facilities with high risk of fire and explosion in craft villages...

On the side of Jinquan One Member Co., Ltd., it is proposed to assign specific tasks and closely coordinate with related units in implementing the internship content, ensuring absolute safety for the company.
