The project is a practical activity towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and to promote historical and cultural sites across the country, contributing to promoting tourism development in Vietnam.

Accordingly, in Binh Dinh, the project will be implemented at 3 locations: Quang Trung Museum - Tay Son Tam Kiet Temple relic site (special national relic); Twin Towers relic site - Champa art and architecture (national relic); Eo Gio scenic spot (typical tourist destination of the province).

Temple of the Three Heroes of Tay Son.

Special national historical site

The Tay Son Tam Kiet Temple, located in Phu Phong town, Tay Son district, Binh Dinh province, is one of the most important historical sites in Vietnam. This is a memorial site for the three Tay Son brothers: Nguyen Nhac, Nguyen Hue (Quang Trung) and Nguyen Lu - national heroes who led the Tay Son uprising, contributing to changing the history of the country.

The temple was built on the old land of the family of Mr. and Mrs. Ho Phi Phuc and Nguyen Thi Dong - the father and mother of the three Tay Son brothers. After the fall of the Tay Son dynasty, the family's house was destroyed. However, with deep gratitude, the local people rebuilt a communal house to worship, which later became the Tay Son Temple.

In 1979, Tay Son Palace was recognized as a national historical relic. To date, the relic site has been expanded and preserved, becoming an unmissable destination for those who love Vietnamese history and culture.

Twin Towers Relics.

Ancient Champa architectural masterpiece

Twin Towers, also known as Hung Thanh Towers, is one of the famous Cham tower clusters in Binh Dinh, located on Tran Hung Dao Street, Dong Da Ward, Quy Nhon City. This is one of eight remaining ancient Cham tower clusters in the province, bearing the cultural and historical imprints of the ancient Champa kingdom.

The Twin Towers were built in the late 12th century, during the Vijaya period - the period when Binh Dinh was the capital of the Champa kingdom. Unlike traditional Cham towers that are usually located on high hills, the Twin Towers are located on a flat area, surrounded by green grass and trees.

The tower cluster consists of two towers standing side by side, with the larger tower about 20m high and the smaller tower 18m high. The tower's architecture has a unique style, combining Cham Pa art and Khmer cultural influences, expressed through sophisticated carvings and harmonious layouts.

The Twin Towers are not only a historical site but also an attractive tourist destination in Quy Nhon. With a convenient location, only about 5 to 10 minutes from the city center, visitors can easily visit and explore the ancient beauty of this structure.

In addition to admiring the architecture, visitors also have the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of Champa through the stories and artifacts displayed here. The Twin Towers were ranked as a national architectural and artistic relic in 1980, affirming the special cultural and historical value of the project.

Eo Gio scenic spot.

Natural masterpiece in the heart of Quy Nhon

Eo Gio, located in Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province, is one of the most famous landscapes of the martial arts land. With its wild and majestic beauty, this place is likened to a charming landscape painting, attracting thousands of tourists every year.

Eo Gio is located about 20km north of Quy Nhon city center. This place is surrounded by two high rocky mountains, forming a small strait facing the ocean. The name "Eo Gio" comes from the special shape of this place, like a windy strait, bringing a cool and relaxing feeling to visitors.

Eo Gio stands out with its clear blue sea, steep rocky mountains with unique shapes, eroded by nature over hundreds of years. When standing from above and looking down, Eo Gio appears like a perfect picture, where the sky, clouds, mountains and sea blend together. Especially, in the early morning, visitors can watch the beautiful sunrise here. The sunlight rising over the sea, mixed with the sound of waves and cool breeze, creates a peaceful and poetic scene.

The best time to visit Eo Gio is from April to September, when the weather is dry, the sky is clear and the sea is calm. This is also the ideal time to participate in outdoor activities and fully enjoy the beauty of nature here.

New travel experience

The chip-mounted panels are designed in two colors, yellow and red, inspired by the Vietnamese national flag and can operate automatically without a power source. Coming to the above locations, visitors using their phones to interact with the NFC chip-mounted panels will be certified to have checked in at the location, save personal photos, and receive useful information about the location, monument or destination.

Each chip-embedded board will provide stories, images, videos or 3D models of the location or monument where the chip-embedded board is located; at the same time, it provides search, navigation and information features to explore tourist destinations at the current location and neighboring areas. When visitors experience all the chip-embedded points in a locality, they will receive gifts from the program and a digital certificate upon completion of their exploration there.

Tourists experience the project at the Twin Towers relic.

According to Mr. Tran Minh Tuan, Head of the "Love Vietnam" Project, Phygital Labs Joint Stock Company, in the near future, the project will develop new challenge games for tourists to check-in, as well as optimize features to serve tourism such as: Guiding and supporting the flow of visitors to other locations when a location is too crowded; informing tourists about important events in localities... The project will also standardize the content to translate into other languages, contributing to promoting and introducing Vietnamese tourism to the world.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Thai, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Dinh, said that the project “Love Vietnam” has made an important contribution to recreating the natural beauty and cultural traditions of the locality, helping to spread to a large domestic and international community. The images and stories of the project have highlighted the cultural and historical heritage, along with the simplicity of the local people, thereby arousing pride and love for the homeland.

In addition, the project also opens an effective promotional channel, helping the locality reach more target groups, including domestic and foreign tourists. The content conveyed not only impresses viewers but also motivates them to visit, experience and feel directly in the locality.

The project “Love Vietnam” aims to promote historical and cultural sites and destinations across the country, from Ha Giang to Ca Mau, thereby creating unique discovery experiences for tourists, supporting and promoting tourism in localities as well as the whole country.

In Binh Dinh province, the use of this NFC chip board will be one of the tools for the province to implement its digital transformation strategy, combining official information and data with technology and creative ideas to vividly and effectively promote important historical and cultural events and local tourism products.
