This cold weather has caused us a lot of difficulties, not only because of the cold but also because we have to wait while worrying about our mother's health."

"I'm sitting here in case of an emergency and the doctor calls me, I'll be there right away," said the patient's family member.

In other areas, some lie on stone benches or hang mosquito nets and spread mats along the building's hallways as places to spend the night.

The yard and hallway of building 07, Department of Neurology, Bach Mai Hospital, has many tents of patients' relatives. They try to create a temporary resting space to conveniently care for and monitor the health of their relatives.
