According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province, the tour "To the UNESCO-listed heritage site" will take Hung Temple as the main starting point to visit other famous landscapes and scenic spots in the province. The tour includes the following routes: The 1-day tour offers two options for visitors: Hung Temple - Lai Len Temple - Hung Lo ancient village or Hung Temple combined with Lai Len Temple. The 2-day-1-night tour will include destinations such as: Hung Lo ancient communal house - Tam Giang temple - Long Coc tea hill and Wyndham Thanh Thuy tourist area. For the 3-day-2-night tour, visitors will have the opportunity to visit: Hung Temple - Long Coc tea hill - Xuan Son National Park.

Head of Tourism Management Department (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province) Phung Thi Hoa Le said that tourists participating in the tour "Returning to the UNESCO-listed heritage site" will experience religious activities at the Hung Temple historical relic site, enjoy xoan singing - a representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity and visit key historical and cultural sites in the province. In particular, tourists will admire the majestic beauty of Long Coc tea hill and explore the diverse ecosystem at Xuan Son National Park. These are attractive tourist destinations of Phu Tho that will be promoted in the coming time.

According to Ms. Phung Thi Hoa Le, Phu Tho Tourism Department has implemented a program of cooperation in developing tourism in 8 expanded Northwestern provinces in conjunction with Ho Chi Minh City, aiming to create many new and more attractive tourist routes. At the same time, the province has also expanded its cooperation with the Southeast provinces, promoting the exploitation of tourist flows from Noi Bai airport to Phu Tho and other destinations in the Northwestern province.

In addition to organizing new tours and routes, Phu Tho province also organizes the Hung Temple Half Marathon 2024 on April 6 and 7 in Viet Tri city and neighboring areas, aiming to increase the attraction of tourists from all over the country to Hung Temple. Viet Tri city is expected to welcome over 7,000 athletes and supporters to participate and stay.

To ensure security and safety for people and tourists, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho has issued a document on strengthening the management of tourism activities on the occasion of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day - Hung Temple Festival and Hung Temple Half Marathon 2024. The Department requested localities in the province to strengthen the management of tourism activities; guide and urge tourist areas, destinations, and service businesses in the area to improve facilities, environmental landscapes, improve the quality of tourism products and services, and the quality of human resources serving customers; strictly comply with regulations in business activities, ensure conditions for fire prevention and fighting, food hygiene and safety, environmental hygiene, security and safety for tourists.

Director of Phu Tho Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Dac Thuy said that the Department requires tourism service businesses to publicly list prices and sell at the listed prices, and will strictly handle fraudulent acts. Localities and units build check-in points to promote tourism at destinations; promote the introduction of typical tourism products and OCOP products of the province to tourists. Tourist areas and destinations guide people and tourists to voluntarily comply with, maintain security and order, environmental sanitation, and implement the Code of Conduct for civilized tourism. For travel agencies and tourist transport units, it is necessary to strictly comply with the provisions of law on business activities; commit to using means of transport and providing travel services that ensure quality, reputation, and safety for the lives and property of tourists.

“Cultural and tourism activities towards the Hung Kings’ death anniversary and the Hung Temple Festival are being promoted and propagated on media, social networks and visually promoted at tourist attractions and tourist service establishments. We will increase inspection and supervision teams to promptly prevent and resolve problems and incidents related to security and safety for tourists, and strictly handle violations,” Mr. Nguyen Dac Thuy affirmed.
