Strengthening education on revolutionary ideals, ethics and lifestyle for union members and youth

In recent years, the Youth Union at all levels in the province has actively promoted education activities on revolutionary ideals, ethics, cultural lifestyle, and law with many practical and effective activities, contributing to helping union members and young people raise awareness, live with ideals and ambitions, and actively participate in volunteer activities for community life.

One of the contents that the Youth Union chapters at all levels are interested in promoting in 2025 is educating young union members about revolutionary ideals, ethics, cultural lifestyle, and law. Accordingly, the Youth Union chapters at all levels have promoted the work of educating revolutionary traditions, patriotism, national pride and self-respect for union members and young people on the occasion of major anniversaries of the Party, the nation, the Union, Associations, and Young Pioneers... with diverse forms and rich content, creating positive effects for cadres and young union members. In particular, the Provincial Youth Union maintains the regular posting of media products (clips, reports, infographics, etc.) to propagate and educate young union members about the policies and guidelines of the Party, the Union, and the State's laws and policies; Provide official information, post a system of news articles about the tradition of the Union, activities of the Youth Union at all levels, good models, effective methods and typical youth examples on social networking sites, of which maintain 255 Facebook pages, fanpages as propaganda and orientation tools with over 80,300 followers. Strongly deploy the campaign "One good news every day, one beautiful story every week" on personal pages and websites of the Youth Union and Association chapters at all levels. Introduce typical examples, good people, good deeds, news and articles with educational value, and lifestyle orientation for young people and children in the province. From 2024 to present, the website system, Facebook, fanpage of the Youth Union at all levels has posted and shared over 1,000 articles... attracting nearly 150,000 interactions of young union members.

The work of propagating, disseminating and educating the law among the Youth Union members has also been focused on by the Youth Union chapters at all levels. In particular, focusing on propagating, disseminating and educating the law on participating in crime prevention and control; guiding the implementation of the Youth Law 2020; deploying and implementing the provisions of the Youth Law 2020, the Vietnam Youth Development Strategy for the period 2021-2030; not buying, selling, transporting, storing, using firecrackers; not participating in and encouraging gambling in any form; ensuring social order and safety, not drinking alcohol, not speeding when participating in traffic... are carried out by the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province in many diverse forms. Typically, the Truc Ninh District Youth Union coordinated to organize a mobile trial of the criminal case of "Transporting prohibited goods" in Cat Thanh town, attracting the participation of over 100 union members and students; The Youth Union of Ý Yên District coordinated to develop the model of “Firmly grasping, strictly managing, and preventing violations of the law on cyberspace”; the Youth Union of Nam Định City coordinated to reform and help 42 backward youths; the Youth Union of the Provincial Police coordinated to propagate the law on crime prevention and drug abuse, criminal offenses, fire prevention and fighting, and regulations.

on the management and use of fireworks, traffic safety and order in high schools... 100% of the Youth Union bases have organized and mobilized young union members to participate in groups, teams, groups, and youth clubs to maintain social order and safety, protect the environment, and ensure traffic safety and order in the area. Youth Union chapters at all levels actively responded to Vietnam Law Day to honor the Constitution and laws, and educate the awareness of the rule of law. At the same time, raise awareness among young union members and people about the role of law in life, enhance legal understanding and the ability to enforce the law in State management activities, socio-economic activities, and daily life of the people.

In addition, the Youth Union at all levels also organized activities such as "Repaying gratitude", "Drinking water, remembering its source"; organizing young people to meet witnesses, learn about historical sites; organizing political activities "Keeping the fire burning for tradition"; studying the source; organizing meetings and exchanges with historical figures, heroes of the people's armed forces. From 2024 to present, the youth of the whole province have visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, families of war invalids and martyrs, former youth volunteers, people with meritorious services to the revolution, families with preferential policies, children infected with Agent Orange and poor households with 2,083 gifts; organized medical examinations and treatment, reinstalled safe electrical systems at home, and repaired houses for families with preferential policies with a total value of nearly 800 million VND. The Youth Union at all levels coordinated to organize activities "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating Spring"; Organized the program "Winter Volunteer", "Spring Volunteer 2025" and implemented many practical activities, promptly taking care of Lunar New Year for youth, children and people in difficult circumstances with 7,247 gifts, total value of over 3 billion VND.

Identifying the role and position of educating young people in revolutionary ideals, ethics, cultural lifestyles, and awareness of the rule of law, the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the province continue to innovate the content and forms of propaganda and education to educate the young generation in revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles; regularly coordinate with all levels and sectors to propagate, disseminate, and educate the law to union members and young people; strengthen propaganda and education work on cyberspace through websites and social networking sites of the Youth Union chapters at all levels. Through this, it aims to foster ideals, will, and courage for young people, thereby contributing to consolidating the young generation's firm belief in the revolutionary path and cause that our Party and people have chosen.
