Bond market rebounds strongly

According to statistics from FiinRatings Joint Stock Company (operating in the field of credit rating, headquartered in Hanoi), in the first two months of 2025, the total value of bond transactions - both publicly and privately issued bonds, reached VND 167.2 trillion, up 19% compared to the peak in December 2024.

On the afternoon of March 31, in Hanoi, the Government Inspectorate held a meeting to announce Inspection Conclusion No. 528/KL-TTCP on the inspection of the Investment Project to build a new facility 2 of Bach Mai Hospital and the Investment Project to build a new facility 2 of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital.

According to the Government Inspectorate, the inspection results show that the violations in the implementation of the two projects are systematic, with later violations being caused by previous violations. These include subjective factors occurring at all stages, from investment preparation to investment implementation; from approving policies and plans for selecting contractors; organizing bidding; selecting, signing and implementing bidding packages.
