On September 15, Apple opened pre-orders for the iPhone 15 in several markets. Immediately, the highest-end version, the iPhone 15 Pro Max, was "out of stock" in many countries. Delivery times will also be extended to mid-November.

According to supply chain sources, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that user demand for the iPhone 15 Pro Max version is increasing and far surpassing that of its predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Kuo also added that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will enter mass production later than other versions in the iPhone 15 series. This will cause delivery times to be longer than expected.
In contrast to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, the pre-order volume for the iPhone 15 Pro is much lower than that of its predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro. Meanwhile, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus duo have pre-order volumes almost equal to the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus after the same period.
In the Vietnamese market, users can pre-order the iPhone 15 generation from September 22 and receive the goods from September 29. The iPhone 15 Pro Max is also the version that receives the most attention from Vietnamese customers.
