On September 26, Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company continued to open the sale of social housing purchase and rental documents at the A6-A7 Social Housing Project in Quang Vinh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. It is expected that 500 documents will be sold today.
Previously, on September 15 and 19, the investor sold about 1,000 applications. In the first days of opening for sale, after only a few hours, all the applications were sold out.
Hundreds of people lined up to buy documents on the morning of September 26.
According to the plan, from now until November 16, the company will continue to sell documents according to the needs of buyers. If the results of qualified documents are more than the number of apartments, the unit will organize a lottery to select the subjects to buy and rent.
After signing the contract, within 15 days, the buyer will pay 30% of the contract value. The remaining amount will be divided into 6 installments to be paid until the apartment is handed over (expected April 2025).
Social Housing Project A6-A7 has a total of 348 social housing units for sale.
The expected selling price does not include VAT and 2% maintenance cost of about 18.8 million VND/ m2 ; the selling price of social housing includes 5% VAT and does not include 2% maintenance cost of about 19.8 million VND/ m2 .
There are 87 social housing units for rent. The rental price does not include VAT, about 105 thousand VND/ m2 and the rental price of social housing includes 5% VAT, about 110 thousand VND/ m2 .
Dong Nai province currently has 3,500 social housing units. Along with that, the locality has 9 investment projects to build workers' housing and social housing being implemented, focusing on localities with a large number of workers such as Bien Hoa City, Nhon Trach District, Long Thanh District, Trang Bom District.

According to the plan for developing workers' housing and social housing (NƠXH) until 2025 approved by the province in May, Dong Nai province will allocate more than 700 hectares of land to invest in the construction of 66 workers' housing and social housing projects. The total estimated investment required is about VND10,155 billion.
Accordingly, the A6 - A7 social housing project has a total of 348 units for sale, with areas ranging from 43.8m2 - 65.8m2 and 87 units for rent with areas ranging from 49.8m2 - 62.2m2.
The estimated selling price of social housing, including 5% VAT, is about 19.8 million VND/m2 (excluding maintenance costs). The rental price of social housing is about 110,000 VND/m2 (including VAT).
According to the company, the unit will continue to sell documents according to buyers' needs until November 16. It is expected that the number of buyers can reach several thousand sets of documents.
After the end of the application period, the company will review and compare. If the application is valid, it will be transferred to the relevant authorities to review the subjects and conditions. Ineligible applications will be rejected.
