On the morning of October 20, in Cu M'gar district, the Provincial Red Cross Society (RCS) organized a program to receive clean water filters sponsored by Minh Anh Clean Water Technology Research Institute Company Limited (headquartered in Ninh Binh province).
At the program, representatives of Minh Anh Clean Water Technology Research Institute Company Limited presented 217 water purifiers, with a total value of nearly 1.3 billion VND to the Provincial Red Cross Association, 15 districts, towns, cities and 184 communes, wards and towns in the area.

In some localities in the province, there has been a shortage of clean water for daily use or the water is contaminated with alum and cannot be used.
