'Fueling the faith' of workers in Workers' Month

Representatives of the company's leaders and the company's Trade Union visited, encouraged and presented gifts to workers at the Phu My Repair Workshops (Ba Ria - Vung Tau), Vinh Tan (Binh Thuan), and Mong Duong (Quang Ninh) with a total cost of about 80 million VND.

With the "May Dialogue" program, questions and comments from employees about working conditions, welfare policies, etc. are also recorded and answered by the Company's Board of Directors and Trade Union during direct dialogue sessions at the units. This is considered one of the key activities during Workers' Month, demonstrating the responsibility of the Company's Board of Directors and Trade Union for caring for, taking care of, and understanding the thoughts and aspirations of employees.
