Martin Dzilah in Pleiku City
At 8:30 a.m. on October 31, Gia Lai Provincial Police had a second meeting with striker Martin Dzilah to continue clarifying some contents related to the complaint of LPBank HAGL Sports Joint Stock Company (HAGL Club).
Previously, on October 10, the police agency summoned the Ghanaian striker for the first time in Pleiku City. He continued to affirm that he had not received the amount of 20,000 USD as he had affirmed in his complaint to FIFA - with the result that FIFA required HAGL Club to pay 29,000 USD to this player if they wanted to remove the indefinite transfer ban on a global scale.
It is known that after the meeting on October 10, Martin Dzilah continued to stay in Pleiku City, joining a street football team in the mountain town to cover living expenses.

It is known that at this time HAGL Club is receiving a global transfer ban from FIFA, which will only be lifted if FIFA receives confirmation from Martin Dzilah that he has received the full $29,000 from the mountain town team.
After receiving the penalty from FIFA, HAGL Club affirmed that it will ask the authorities to clarify everything, to protect its honor, and prove that it transferred the amount of 20,000 USD.
