Actively implementing the 500 kV 3-circuit line project through Thai Binh province

On the afternoon of May 30, Party Central Committee member and Thai Binh Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Dong Hai inspected the progress of the 500 kV line 3 project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) in the districts of the province.

The 500 kV 3-line transmission line project from Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province to Pho Noi, Hung Yen province has a total length of about 519 km, passing through 211 communes and wards of 43 districts and towns in 9 provinces from Quang Binh to Hung Yen. The total number of column foundations is 1,179 column foundations, with a total investment of about 22,000 billion VND, invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation under Vietnam Electricity Group.

The section passing through Thai Binh province is nearly 39 km long, passing through 22 communes in 4 districts of Vu Thu, Dong Hung, Hung Ha and Quynh Phu. Up to now, Thai Binh province has cleared and handed over the entire area of 107/107 column foundations and gaps to the construction unit to carry out the foundation construction and installation of 500 kV electric poles.

Directly inspecting the progress and encouraging the construction unit and workers at the 500 kV power line construction site in the communes of Song Lang (Vu Thu), Hong Linh (Hung Ha) and Quynh Hoang (Quynh Phu), Secretary of Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee Ngo Dong Hai and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quang Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the coordination, active participation and responsibility of localities, project investors and construction units in implementing the project.

At the same time, commend the construction team of workers at the site for seriously implementing the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister, promoting the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", "only working, not retreating", focusing on construction "3 shifts, 4 shifts", working through holidays and Tet, contributing to ensuring the overall progress of the project.

The leaders of Thai Binh province also welcomed the spirit of drastic participation of localities in propaganda and mobilization, creating consensus and support from people in the project area. However, the implementation process on the ground is forecasted to have many difficulties arising, the Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province continue to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of policies and plans of the central government and the province, ensuring the set progress.

At the same time, ensure security, order, safety of property and interests of people in the project area. In addition, regularly accompany and resolve all difficulties and obstacles as well as proactively support human resources and means when necessary at the project implementation locations.

For the construction unit, it is necessary to continue to widely promote the emulation movement, mobilize workers, machinery, and construction equipment to ensure safety, quality, and progress. After the construction process, the contractor must restore the site, especially the traffic roads, so as not to affect the travel and trade of people in the project area.
