On September 29, Tan Binh District Police and the Propaganda Department of the Tan Binh District Party Committee (HCMC) organized a signing ceremony to carry out the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation and combating erroneous and hostile views in the period of 2023-2025.
The two units agreed on the development and implementation of tasks in protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints; coordinated the implementation of tasks such as: guiding and propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints.
At the same time, monitor and grasp the situation, promptly report to competent authorities on plots and "peaceful evolution" activities of hostile forces; conduct political and ideological education, disseminate positive information, and fight against bad and toxic information in the press, the Internet, and social networks.

Also on the same day, Binh Tan District Police organized a drill to handle situations of large gatherings of people, causing disorder and security, combined with defensive combat drills and civil defense drills in the area in 2023. The drill is an important political task to improve the leadership capacity of the Party organization, the effectiveness of management and administration of the government in national defense and security; promote the advisory role of military agencies, police, departments, branches, unions, and socio-political organizations in ensuring security and order in the district.
