Standing Provincial Party Committee works with Provincial Party Inspectorate

On the morning of November 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had a working session with the Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee on the results of Party building work and political tasks since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term. Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the meeting. According to the quick assessment report on Party building work and political tasks of the Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee, from the beginning of the 2020-2025 term up to now, the Party Committee together with Party members, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Inspectorate have always closely followed the policies and directions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; the directions and guidance of the Government Inspectorate and central ministries and branches; coordinated well with units and functional agencies to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee on state management of inspection work, citizen reception, handling of complaints and denunciations and prevention and combat of corruption and negativity, meeting the requirements of serving the political tasks and socio-economic development tasks of the province.

The Party Committee and the collective leadership of the Provincial Inspectorate have been active and proactive in leading and directing the implementation of tasks on Party building and political tasks of the Party Committee; proactively issued Resolutions on annual work directions and tasks, on that basis directing the professional sector to develop and issue Plans to implement tasks and work of the agency. Other Party work contents, such as: Regular and ad hoc meeting regime, issuance of resolutions, announcement of conclusions; propaganda, political and ideological education and propaganda, dissemination of resolutions and directive documents of superiors; development and implementation of plans to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; regular and ad hoc information and reporting regime; organization, training, fostering of cadres and internal political protection and inspection and supervision work in the 2020-2025 term have all been well implemented.

The representative of the Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee's leadership quickly reported on the results of Party building work and political tasks of the Provincial Inspectorate from the beginning of the term until now.

Closely following the direction of the Party Committee, Party cells and specialized departments have proactively developed and issued a Plan to deploy annual work tasks, maintained a regular and thematic Party cell meeting regime, and held weekly meetings of specialized departments to review the results of task implementation, promptly correct shortcomings and limitations arising in the process of implementing Party building tasks and implementing political tasks and professional tasks of the agency, thereby contributing to building "4-good Party cells", "4-good grassroots Party organizations". With the results achieved in Party building work, from 2020-2023, the Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee was recognized as a Party organization that excellently fulfilled its tasks.

At the working session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, representatives of leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches, units and the collective of the Provincial Inspection Party Committee discussed and clarified a number of existing problems, limitations and analyzed the causes in a number of issues, such as: The development of annual inspection and supervision programs and plans and implementation procedures, records of inspections and supervisions by the Party Committee, the Party Committee's Inspection Commission; leadership and direction of cadres and party members in performing professional tasks...

Through the report on the results of Party building work and political tasks from the beginning of the 2020-2025 term to present and the opinions expressed at the working session, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, acknowledged and commended the efforts and endeavors of the Provincial Inspectorate in the past term in all aspects of Party work and professional work, especially the achievement of 4 consecutive years of the Party Committee being recognized as a Party organization that has excellently fulfilled its tasks.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee of the Inspectorate needs to continue to strengthen the work of Party building and rectification in conjunction with the implementation of annual political tasks. In particular, seriously and systematically implement the regime and principles of organizing Party activities; focus on promoting democracy, self-criticism and criticism of Party members in activities; effectively implement Instruction No. 05-HD/BTCTU dated May 19, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on the framework of criteria for building and implementing the model of "4-good Party cells" and "4-good grassroots Party organizations" in the provincial Party Committee.

The representative of the Provincial Party Committee Inspectorate reported, clarified a number of issues and received instructions from the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee of the Inspectorate needs to continue to research and innovate methods of planning, coordinating planning, organizing the implementation of inspection plans and checking, supervising the implementation of post-inspection conclusions; strengthen the fight against corruption, negativity, and waste according to Plan No. 77 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Directive 04-CT/TW dated June 2, 2021 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in the recovery of lost and misappropriated assets in criminal cases of corruption and economic crimes".

Along with that, the Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee must continue to closely follow the regulations of the Central and the province to receive citizens, resolve complaints and denunciations, effectively serve the organization of party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; continue to pay attention to training, fostering, rotating, and having support policies for the team of officials doing inspection work, contributing to building an inspection force that meets the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
