At the propaganda session, Phu Hai Ward Police officers disseminated the legal regulations related to cleaning people's graves. Accordingly, in the Phan Thiet cemetery area, a freelance labor force has long been formed, working for tomb construction establishments and services related to burial, reburial as well as accepting contracts to take care of graves from some households. In fact, there is a need for families to hire people to clean graves, this need increases during the year-end tomb sweeping or Thanh Minh Festival.
There is no specific price for cleaning, but it depends on the generosity of the homeowner. However, recently, social networks have reported that a group of young people, women, and children often gather, waiting for people to visit and take care of family graves, then arbitrarily help clean, weed, and burn trash, then ask for money. If they do not give or give little, they have an attitude and words of threatening to destroy graves, causing public outrage. This affects security and order as well as tarnishing the image of the tourist city of Phan Thiet.

Phu Hai Ward Police proactively coordinated with the City Cemetery Management Board to verify and collect information to list those who participated in cleaning up graves at the cemetery in Phan Thiet City. Phu Hai Ward Police invited these people to work, disseminated the provisions of the law as well as had people sign a commitment to comply with the provisions of the law. At the propaganda session, representatives of those who were cleaning graves promised to strictly comply with the provisions of the law, and to negotiate a price with the family before performing the work. Promptly notify Phu Hai Ward Police and the City Cemetery Management Board when someone asks for more money or destroys people's property.
