Starting in 2025, SIU's Hotel Management students had a special internship trip at high-end resorts in Mui Ne (Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan).

Not only in the lecture hall, coming to the Hotel - Resort Internship course, students of Saigon International University (SIU) directly immersed themselves in the professional space at leading resorts in Mui Ne such as Sea Links City, The Cliff Resort & Residences, Saigon Emerald Resort or Sunrise Resort.

Throughout the journey, students directly observe and practice business processes in departments such as reception, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.

Exposure to different hotel and resort models helps students broaden their thinking, gain a deeper understanding of operating standards and develop a comprehensive perspective on the high-end service industry.

Internship activities are also an opportunity for students to get used to the intensity of actual work, practice their ability to observe details and think flexibly in handling situations.

SIU students also meet and listen to senior managers to better understand the requirements of the labor market.

Through practical sharing sessions, students learn more about operating procedures, human resource management, branding and industry standards.

The tourism and hospitality industry in Vietnam is on the rise.

With the goal of providing high-quality human resources for society, SIU's Hotel Management training program is designed according to international standards, closely combining theory and practice.

The cooperation between SIU and hotels, resorts, and restaurants across the provinces creates conditions for students to receive "Early Career Orientation".

Accordingly, right from the first year, SIU students have visited and experienced high-class restaurants and hotels such as: Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, The Reverie Saigon, Pullman Saigon Centre, Park Hyatt Saigon, New World Saigon, Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81...

Students are also given the opportunity to practice right at school with a professional simulation room system.

The Housekeeping, Front Office - Bartender - F&B practice areas are designed according to industry standards, to familiarize and adapt to the actual working environment before entering the business.

The fully equipped Asian-European kitchen practice area is one of the "lecture halls" of SIU students.

This field of study also attracts a large number of students to choose to study thanks to its outstanding advantages from the learning environment, academic events, extracurricular activities and diverse clubs.

Through this, students can hone their event organization skills, teamwork skills, develop creative thinking in a multicultural environment, and have a solid English foundation to prepare for integration.

In particular, when studying Hotel Management, students have the opportunity to participate in a 2+2 university exchange program with César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (CRCS) in Switzerland - a country known as the cradle of Hospitality training in the world.

Based on their GPA at SIU, students can receive scholarships of up to 30% of tuition fees at CRCS, thereby opening the door to attractive study and career opportunities in the hotel and restaurant industry globally.

With a network of cooperation with 105 businesses and organizations in many fields, students admitted to the Hotel Management program will receive a corporate scholarship sponsored by the business up to 30% of the full course tuition (worth about 78.65 - 90.65 million VND/student).

Notably, this scholarship does not require annual maintenance.

In addition, based on one of the criteria such as academic transcript scores, high school exam results, Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment scores, international certificates (SAT and IELTS) or achievements in national and international cultural and sports activities, upon admission, students will have the opportunity to receive valuable scholarships of up to 100% of the full course tuition.
