In the context of Vietnam’s university education being on the path of deep international integration, the quality of the teaching staff has become a key factor determining the development and position of universities. Realizing this, the University of Finance and Marketing (UFM) has been implementing a systematic human resource strategy, focusing on attracting highly qualified lecturers, in order to improve the quality of training and research of the University.

In 2025, UFM will continue to implement the plan to recruit and attract lecturers with the title of Professor, Associate Professor or PhD. The school prioritizes candidates with extensive expertise, practical experience, reputation in the industry and long-term commitment. To attract talent, UFM has developed a competitive attraction policy, not only ensuring attractive income but also creating a professional working environment with many promotion opportunities.

Specifically, those with the title of Professor, Associate Professor (Economics) under 50 years old will receive a one-time support of 500 million VND from the school, from over 50 years old to under 55 years old will receive 400 million VND; in which, the PhD degree must be in the following majors: Economic Law; Accounting, Public Administration, Economic Management, Commercial Business, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Tourism. Candidates with a PhD degree in the following majors/majors: Public Administration; Marketing; Economic Law; Data Science English (studied abroad); Commercial Business; Logistics and Supply Chain Management; International Business; Tourism are also given priority.

At the same time, UFM also invests in capacity building training programs for lecturers, including professional and foreign language courses to help lecturers develop comprehensively and contribute positively to the sustainable development of the school.
