On March 31, the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans in collaboration with the Vietnam-Korea Cultural Exchange Center organized a scholarship award ceremony for students in difficult circumstances due to family fires and traffic accidents in Phu Tho province.
Delegates and sponsors presented scholarship symbols of 19 disadvantaged students to the Provincial Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Orphans.
At the program, the leaders of the Sponsoring Association and the sponsoring units visited and directly awarded 19 scholarships to 19 students in difficult circumstances due to family fires or traffic accidents, each worth 5 million VND, with a total value of 95 million VND.
This is a meaningful activity to support and encourage students to continue going to school; help the community raise awareness in reducing traffic accidents and fires, explosions, and at the same time demonstrate solidarity, friendship and mutual support between Vietnam and Korea.
Delegates award scholarships to students
Leaders of the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans presented the "Golden Heart of Kindness" recognition to the Vietnam-Korea Cultural Exchange Center and DB Insurance Group of Korea.
On this occasion, the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans awarded the "Golden Heart of Kindness" certificate to the Viet Ha Cultural Exchange Center and the Korean DB Insurance Group.
The program is within the framework of receiving non-project aid "Supporting scholarships for students in difficult circumstances due to family fires and traffic accidents in Phu Tho province" funded by the Vietnam-Korea Cultural Exchange Center from the Korean DB Insurance Group.
