Specifically, in developing the digital economy: the proportion of digital economy to GDP reaches at least 15%; the rate of enterprises using electronic contracts in the commercial sector reaches over 80%; the rate of small and medium enterprises using digital platforms reaches over 50%; 100% of commercial centers in the province; 95% of establishments providing food and beverage services, retailing goods at commercial centers, consumer goods retail stores subject to implementing electronic invoices generated from cash registers implement the solution of electronic invoices generated from cash registers to prevent tax losses...
Based on the above objectives, in the coming time, our province will continue to promote the development of the digital economy with one of the focuses being the development of digital technology enterprises, providing digital technology products, developing digital content, digital advertising, creative industries, platform economy, sharing economy, e-commerce and smart manufacturing. At the same time, promote digital transformation in enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, contributing to the development of the local digital economy. Increase the transaction rate of people, organizations and enterprises in the digital environment, using digital platforms. Encourage and create favorable conditions for digital technology enterprises (enterprises providing telecommunications - information technology services), digital platform enterprises to operate effectively in the province.
Digital transformation in enterprises with the following goals: Increase efficiency and productivity, improve customer experience, expand markets and increase revenue, optimize management processes, utilize data and information, enhance competitiveness, protect the environment and develop sustainably, promote innovation and creativity; focus on the main task groups: Digital Marketing, digital management, transform business methods and models mainly based on digital platforms and data; implement support from state agencies on a large scale and with priority.
