“Mobile library” brings books to students in the mountainous region of Dien Bien Dong

In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2025, from March 17-21, 2025, the provincial library organized 07 trips of mobile multimedia cars to primary and secondary boarding schools for ethnic minorities in Dien Bien Dong district, bringing thousands of books to students in mountainous areas where there are still many difficulties in accessing books.

The operation of the Mobile Library is considered an effective way to bring information and knowledge to students everywhere, especially to students in remote schools.

Through the service activities of the Mobile Library, a new space and environment has been created for children to access many good and useful books, creating more excitement, contributing to fostering more interest in reading and reading skills.

To continue to achieve the goal of maintaining the habit of reading books and spreading the reading culture to students, in the coming time, the Provincial Library will continue to coordinate and organize Mobile Library trips to schools in the province, making efforts to implement the Mobile Library model, reaching all schools one by one so that this humane goal can be spread more easily.
