TPO - Mr. Nguyen Duc Tam - Director of the Department of National Economic Synthesis - was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 1199, appointing Mr. Nguyen Duc Tam - Director of the Department of National Economic Synthesis, Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) - to hold the position of Deputy Minister at this ministry.

According to the decision, the term of appointment is 5 years. The decision takes effect from October 17.
Before becoming Director of the Department of National Economic Synthesis at the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tam held the position of Director of the Department of Local and Territorial Economy.
The current leaders of the Ministry of Planning and Investment include: Minister Nguyen Chi Dung and deputy ministers: Tran Quoc Phuong, Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Do Thanh Trung and Mr. Nguyen Duc Tam.
