Ms. Le Thi Dung discussed with Ms. Nguyen Thi Khoan about improving the quality of OCOP products.

It is known that 3 years ago, Ms. Khoan's family's traditional fish sauce and shrimp processing business was only small-scale production, with little income. With the encouragement and guidance of Ms. Le Thi Dung, Ms. Khoan participated in training courses on starting a business and building OCOP products, organized by women's associations at all levels. In early 2021, Ms. Khoan's family's Khon Minh fish sauce and shrimp products were recognized as meeting 3-star OCOP standards. From here, she decided to invest and expand the production facility. Currently, Ms. Khoan's facility has an area of 650m2 , on average each year exporting 300,000 liters of fish sauce and dozens of tons of shrimp to the market, earning about 1.2 billion VND, with a profit after deducting expenses of about 350 million VND.
