On the afternoon of February 28, Tho Xuan District Party Committee held a conference to deploy the plan to review and supplement the planning of key cadres for the 2020-2025, 2021-2026 terms and the 2025-2030, 2026-2031 terms.

The plan to review and supplement the planning of key cadres for the 2020-2025, 2021-2026 terms and to develop a cadre planning for the 2025-2030, 2026-2031 terms of the Standing Committee of the Tho Xuan District Party Committee aims to review and supplement the planning to ensure sufficient quantity, quality, and synchronization of structure, especially the young and female structure, ensuring continuous and stable transition between generations of cadres, serving as a basis for training, fostering, rotating and appointing cadres, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
This is a step to prepare human resources for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Regarding the implementation time, Party committees, Party organizations, the District People's Committee and the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations of the district must complete before April 10, 2024. Review and supplement the planning of the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee Standing Committee and key positions of the district for the 2020-2025, 2021-2026 terms and the 2025-2030, 2026-2031 terms, to be completed before April 30, 2024.

At the conference, Tho Xuan district also deployed the Plan on job position conversion in 2024 according to Decree No. 59/2019/NDCP dated July 1, 2019 of the Government.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Tho Xuan District Party Committee Thai Xuan Cuong delivered a concluding speech at the conference.
Concluding the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tho Xuan District Party Committee Thai Xuan Cuong requested that district-level agencies and units; grassroots Party committees in the whole district need to clearly define the authority and specific responsibilities of each Party committee, Party organization, leadership collective, and head in the work of cadre planning; develop cadre planning and review and supplement cadre planning to select cadres who meet the standards and requirements of the tasks. On that basis, agencies and units conduct a comprehensive review and assessment of cadre resources. The process of implementing the work of reviewing and supplementing the planning must ensure strictness, democracy, objectivity, fairness, publicity, transparency and decisions in accordance with authority.
Regarding the implementation of the District People's Committee's Plan on job position transfer in 2024 according to Decree No. 59/2019/NDCP dated July 1, 2019 of the Government, it must ensure objectivity, impartiality, science and rationality; in accordance with professional expertise, close to reality and feasible, practically effective, not causing disunity and instability in agencies and units.
