Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan (residing in Vinh city, Nghe An) said that to make the image of the national flag made of flowers, 4 people in his group had to work hard for 7 hours.

“We had to use foam and a wooden frame to shape it to the exact size of the national flag, 80x120cm. The flowers are marigolds, dried, dyed, and separated into small branches to weave tightly around the foam surface. The materials to make this flag alone cost more than 2 million VND,” said Mr. Tuan.

Ho Thi Giang (20 years old, student of Preschool Education Faculty, Ha Tinh University) went to Vinh city to solve personal matters.

“I found this road so beautiful. The whole road was shaded by trees, the red of flags, the autumn sun and the flowers were brilliant, so I planned to take a series of photos to preserve this moment,” Giang confided.
