The festival has the participation of 5 young propaganda teams from the Unions: Quynh Long Secondary School, Quynh Yen Secondary School, Quynh Hung Secondary School, Son Hai Secondary School and Quynh Thuan Primary and Secondary School. This is a healthy and useful playground, contributing to raising awareness and accident prevention skills for children.
