Foreign Language Specialized High School, University of Foreign Languages ​​(Vietnam National University, Hanoi) has just officially announced information about the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year.

Accordingly, this year candidates will take four independent exams: Math (120 minutes), Literature (90 minutes), English (60 minutes) and specialized foreign language (90 minutes).

For specialized foreign languages, candidates can take the exam in one of the following languages: English exam for the following classes: English, Russian, French, Chinese, German, Japanese, Korean.

French test for French specialized classes. Chinese test for Chinese specialized classes. German test for German specialized classes. Japanese test for Japanese specialized classes. Korean test for Korean specialized classes.

Compared to 2024, this year's exam is easier for candidates. Last year, candidates had to take exams in Math and Natural Sciences, Literature and Social Sciences, and Foreign Languages.

The school directly recruits the following subjects: junior high school students who have won national prizes organized by the Ministry of Education and Training or in coordination with ministries and ministerial-level agencies organized nationwide for competitions, exams, and contests on culture, arts, and sports; scientific and technical research competitions; junior high school students who have won prizes in foreign languages ​​in international competitions decided and selected by the Minister of Education and Training.

Incentive points for secondary school students who win first prize in foreign languages ​​in the provincial/municipal excellent student selection exam organized by the Department of Education and Training will be added 1.5 points to the total admission score.

Exam results will be announced before July 15, 2025 on the website of the University of Foreign Languages ​​and the website of the Foreign Language Specialized High School.
