Below are notes for candidates after knowing their 2023 high school graduation exam scores:
1. View test scores and review if necessary
After knowing the exam score, if the candidate does not agree with his/her exam result, he/she can submit a request for review to the place of registration for the exam within the prescribed time from July 18 to July 27. Within 15 days from the deadline for receiving the request for review, the Examination Council will announce and send the exam result to the candidate.
Candidates should note that the re-examination score of the essay test must differ by 0.25 points from the announced score to be recognized.
2. Calculating high school graduation scores
When receiving the exam results, candidates can calculate their high school graduation scores. The calculation of graduation scores is as follows:

To pass the high school graduation exam, candidates need to have all the exams and component subjects of the combined exam registered for graduation recognition to achieve a score of more than 1. In addition, candidates need to have a high school graduation exam score of 5 points or higher.
3. Register for university admission wishes
From 8:00 a.m. on July 10 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, candidates can register and adjust their admission wishes an unlimited number of times on the Ministry of Education and Training's general admission system.
According to the admission regulations, each candidate can register for an unlimited number of wishes and schools. Candidates must arrange their wishes in order of priority from highest to lowest, in which wish 1 is the highest wish.
Once ranked in order of priority, each candidate will only be admitted to the highest possible choice. Candidates who are eligible for admission through early admission methods must continue to register and adjust their preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training system to be processed according to the national process, from which the final admission results will be available.
If the candidate does not register on the system, it is considered that he/she has given up the right to be admitted to that major/school.
4. Track benchmarks and confirm admission
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 22, universities will announce the 2023 university admission scores and admission results. Candidates should pay attention to receive admission and admission results on the system within the prescribed time.
Before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, all successful candidates must confirm their admission online for the first round on the system. If candidates do not confirm their admission, they will have to wait for additional admission in the next admission rounds of the universities.
