Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that Vinh Phuc province should diversify its industries, products, and supply chains to respond well to the situation; develop quickly and sustainably, and diversify its markets to exploit its full potential. This is the mindset, methodology, and approach to develop Vinh Phuc in the coming time; there must be solutions to overcome limitations and shortcomings.

The Prime Minister requested Vinh Phuc to be more pioneering, stronger, more effective, promote self-reliance, self-strengthening, rise from its own hands, brains, sky, land, self-control to develop quickly and sustainably, develop based on science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green development, circular economy... as a foundation; stabilize the macro-economy, control inflation, promote increasingly high growth; ensure progress, social equity, ensure social security, leave no one behind; maintain a "bright, green, clean, beautiful" environment, promote cultural traditions with strong identity, turn culture into a resource; overcome limitations and weaknesses in the past. The important thing is to strengthen internal solidarity, closely and effectively coordinate with ministries and branches.

The Prime Minister requested to resolutely reorganize the apparatus, not to affect political tasks; honestly and objectively reflect all difficulties; create internal consensus in reorganizing the apparatus; "The Party has directed, the Government has agreed, the National Assembly agrees, the people support, the Fatherland expects, then only discuss action, not retreat"; further promote the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on promoting science and technology, innovation, digital transformation. Develop programs and plans to ensure economic growth of at least 8% or more, strive to achieve double-digit growth in the following years, so determination must be high, efforts must be great, actions must be drastic. Actively and proactively cut at least 30% of administrative procedures, create favorable conditions for businesses, and contribute to promoting the removal of institutional difficulties. Implement "3 no's and 2 yes's": Beneficial to the State, Beneficial to businesses, Beneficial to the people in the spirit of harmonizing interests and sharing risks; Do not allow negativity and corruption to occur and Do not allow loss of State and people's assets.

The Prime Minister noted that as an industrial province, Vinh Phuc must promote the development of social housing.
