In Decision No. 3256/QD-BCT, the Ministry of Industry and Trade revoked the Alcohol Business License No. 495/GP-BCT dated September 20, 2023 issued to Nam Duong Invest Company Limited.
Company headquarters at: Nguyen Cao extended street, Kha Le 2 area, Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province. Business registration number: 2301101686 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Ninh province for the first time on September 5, 2019, first change registration on March 9, 2023.
The reason for the revocation is that the Company no longer has a need to distribute alcohol and voluntarily returns the Alcohol Distribution License No. 495/GP-BCT dated September 20, 2023 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Nam Duong Invest Company Limited.
The decision clearly states that Nam Duong Invest Company Limited is responsible for fully performing its obligations to the state and other organizations and individuals (if any) to terminate its alcohol distribution business activities in accordance with current laws.
Previously, on December 2, the Ministry of Industry and Trade revoked the licenses of four alcohol distribution enterprises due to not operating alcohol business for 12 consecutive months. The four enterprises whose licenses were revoked include: ITTCTECH Vietnam Engineering Company Limited; Pisces Import-Export Company Limited; Denta International Logistics Company Limited and Viet-Ba Lan Joint Stock Company.
Thus, since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has revoked the alcohol distribution licenses of 7 businesses.
