Accompanying nearly 400 students at Vo Thi Sau Primary School (Da Huoai District, Lam Dong Province), Mr. Hung recalled the initial difficulties that seemed insurmountable. Here, the majority of the students are Ma ethnic people. Many students are slow to learn and are afraid to participate in group activities... In addition, some parents do not have a deep understanding of the role and importance of Team activities and children's movements for students.

Facing obstacles, with more than 12 years of experience in charge of Team activities and children's movements in the school, along with the attention and support from the Board of Directors and colleagues, Mr. Hung and the team members overcame challenges and strived to complete their tasks excellently. Thanks to that, he contributed to the successful implementation of major programs and movements of the Team launched by superiors.

In his role as the Team Leader, Mr. Hung regularly proposes and implements visual propaganda activities, combined with organizing meetings with local historical witnesses through the journey to find red addresses. He also uses the information channels of the Youth Union and Team to spread the meaning of these activities.

In addition, he also organizes many moral education programs, builds a cultural lifestyle for children, establishes close relationships between family, school and society. At the same time, he arouses love for family, school, homeland and country in children.

In addition, Mr. Hung also actively proposed to the local authorities and grassroots unions to organize training sessions, improve skills and provide documents and information to improve the capacity of staff working with children in residential areas. He has contributed to promoting activities to prevent drowning, injuries and child abuse. Mr. Hung also coordinated with families and parents, convincing them not to let children of working age participate in occupations prohibited by law.

Mr. Hung's enthusiasm and dedication have contributed to helping Vo Thi Sau Primary School's Youth Union maintain the title of Strong Youth Union at the provincial level for 13 consecutive years. Thanks to that, the school has repeatedly received certificates of merit and certificates of merit from the District and Provincial Youth Union Council for its outstanding achievements in Youth Union Work and Children's Movement.

In addition to his role as Team Leader, Mr. Hung also teaches Physical Education. He always prioritizes equipping students with knowledge and skills in health care, motor skills, along with building exercise habits and choosing appropriate sports.

During Physical Education classes, he applies flexible teaching methods, emphasizing the meaning and objectives of the subject. He also focuses on innovating the way of teaching to arouse the spirit of competition, making the classroom atmosphere more exciting, thereby improving the quality of teaching.

In particular, he also applies information technology in teaching, sets specific targets to encourage and motivate students to love the subject more.

Thanks to his dedication, the quality of Physical Education and the school's sports achievements have improved, achieving many high achievements in district and provincial competitions. From the 2018-2019 to 2022-2023 school year, he has had 5 initiatives recognized for their influence and effectiveness at the district and provincial levels.

With significant contributions in teaching and work, Mr. Hung has been awarded many certificates of merit by the People's Committee of Da Huoai district and the People's Committee of Lam Dong province.
