Previously, it was recorded that hundreds of tons of cinnamon essential oil could not be exported from the end of 2023 until now, causing difficulties for the cinnamon essential oil production industry.
Cinnamon is a key crop for poverty reduction in many localities. The cinnamon growing industry has grown strongly over the years, creating many products during the production process and cinnamon essential oil is one of the products recovered from the cultivation process. Although it is a poverty-reducing crop, people are at risk of falling back into poverty due to inappropriate regulations.
