On February 3, Nam Dinh Provincial Youth Union launched the Online Visit Portal of General Secretary Truong Chinh's Memorial House in Xuan Truong district.

The Online Visitor Portal Project of the General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House is a project of Nam Dinh youth to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025); to welcome Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, the project concretizes the spirit of Resolution 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
According to the Organizing Committee, the online portal to visit the General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House helps expand access to historical relics; contributes to the digitalization of traditional education, brings a new way to experience relics, and helps the younger generation approach history in a more modern and attractive way.

Before embarking on the journey of discovery, viewers will be introduced to general information about the National Historical Site of the General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House; and the biography of comrade Truong Chinh (real name Dang Xuan Khu).

National historical and cultural relic General Secretary Truong Chinh Memorial House in hamlet 7 Hanh Thien (Xuan Hong commune, Xuan Truong district).
The memorial house is a place to preserve many important local events, as well as the revolutionary life of comrade Truong Chinh from 1928 to the nine-year period of resistance against French colonialism (1945 - 1954).
This place was once a base for printing documents, books, newspapers, and propaganda to serve the revolution; it was also the place where comrade Truong Chinh hid during his times of working and directing the revolutionary movement in his hometown.
