Thai Nguyen has a new Provincial Party Secretary

This morning (July 11), Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee organized meetings of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to carry out the process of electing the Provincial Party Secretary for the 2020-2025 term.

Based on the results of implementing the procedures on personnel work in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Central Committee, based on the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee; the Politburo agreed to introduce Mr. Trinh Viet Hung, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Executive Committee to elect him to hold the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the same time, the Politburo appointed Mr. Trinh Viet Hung to join the Provincial Military Party Committee and the Military Party Committee of Military Region 1.

As a result, Mr. Trinh Viet Hung was elected by the Executive Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Trinh Viet Hung was elected to hold the position of Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee to replace his predecessor, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai.

Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai was mobilized and elected to hold the position of Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the Delegation Work Committee of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee.
