In order to meet the needs of management and business expansion, in the third quarter of 2024, THACO AGRI recruited more than 6,100 employees for technical, production, and management positions at its affiliated units in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, including Gia Lai Headquarters (30 people), Snuol Agricultural Production Center (1,886 people), Koun Mom Agricultural Production Center (2,110 people), HAGL AGRICO Laos Agricultural Production Center (1,685 people), Cao Nguyen Agricultural Production Center (304 people), and Livestock Corporation (123 people).
In recent years, THACO AGRI has continuously improved welfare policies and benefits for employees such as: salary according to ability; full participation in all types of insurance... In addition, the Group always creates conditions for employees to maximize their capacity, through regularly organizing internal training courses and advanced training programs. Thanks to that, employees can access and effectively apply advanced technologies in the production process, while having many opportunities for career advancement.
To ensure the quality of life for workers, THACO AGRI also invested in building modern, fully-equipped accommodation, housing and worker sheds; arranged medical examination rooms and free medicine distribution as well as shuttle buses for employees to work and home for Tet. At the same time, deployed a system of convenience stores with diverse products; provided free meals for employees. In particular, at the Snuol and Koun Mom Complexes (Cambodia) and HAGL AGRICO Laos, RO water filtration systems for daily life and drinking water were installed, providing clean, safe water for workers.
In addition, cultural, artistic and sports activities are also organized regularly, helping employees to exchange and connect more, thereby creating motivation to strive and successfully complete the set goals and plans.
Mr. Jethro Alenabon - Head of the Philippine Packaging Processing Department at KLH HAGL AGRICO Laos shared: "Although I have only been working for 2 months, I find the working environment here very professional, the remuneration policies are very good and attractive, creating favorable conditions for me to work my best for the development of KLH in particular and THACO AGRI in general".
Starting to work at Gia Lai Headquarters from early September 2024, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thach - Purchasing Specialist, Industrial Production Department shared: “As a child far from home, I am very touched by the attention of THACO AGRI's Board of Directors for employees. The Group has arranged for me to live near my workplace, thanks to which I can save travel time and quickly integrate into the new working environment”.
Mr. Tran Viet Tien - Cow Care Worker, Ea H'Leo Cattle Farming Enterprise shared: "I learned a lot of new knowledge about cattle farming and had the opportunity to apply this knowledge in practical work. I will continue to strive to improve my expertise and skills to contribute to the development of the Enterprise".
It is expected that in the fourth quarter of 2024, THACO AGRI will recruit nearly 9,000 new employees, of which more than 800 positions are experts and engineers with university, college and intermediate degrees in fields such as: animal husbandry - veterinary medicine, cultivation, mechanics, industrial production, electricity and water, etc. At the same time, it will promote the search and attraction of international experts to improve the quality of human resources for the Group.
According to the plan, by 2025, THACO AGRI will recruit 21,000 new employees, bringing the total number of employees of the Group to more than 52,000 people. Therefore, to complete the recruitment target, functional departments and divisions need to strengthen coordination with THACO AGRI Human Resources Department and Human Resources Departments of units to expand the recruitment network, thereby selecting potential candidates who meet the criteria of each position and are suitable for THACO AGRI's culture.
