
Nearly 100 trainees are cultural officers, heads of departments, commune organizations; village chiefs, clan chiefs and people in Ta Bhing commune participating in the training.
During the 3-day period, representatives of the Department of Grassroots Culture will disseminate the content on building "Cultural Families", "Cultural Villages and Residential Groups", "Typical Communes, Wards and Towns"; implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, festivals and community cultural activities.
In addition, guide the Co Tu ethnic group to choose the content and methods to preserve and promote the beauty of traditional culture; eliminate backward customs and practices. Deployment skills, organizational forms, content of traditional folk culture club activities and teach unique folk songs and dances of the Co Tu ethnic group in community cultural activities.

The Department of Grassroots Culture will select and gather students who are capable of performing traditional folk songs and dances to form a traditional arts club; guide the issuance of a decision to establish a folk song and dance club for Ta Bhing commune.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Kien - Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Lifestyle Management (Department of Grassroots Culture) said that the training course contributed to improving knowledge and professional skills for officials working in grassroots culture; raising the level of cultural enjoyment and creativity for the Co Tu ethnic community.
At the same time, promote and raise people's sense of responsibility in building a healthy cultural environment; preserve and exploit traditional cultural values of regions and ethnic groups, and link to the development of sustainable community tourism.
