When tourists walk on the street and see these signs, they will appreciate that Hue people are very good-willed and kind in tourism. At the same time, it also shows that building a tourism image and attracting tourists is not only the responsibility of businesses and tourism units but also of the whole society.

Cleaning, ensuring hygiene, maintenance and upkeep are all carried out regularly by the Hue City Green Park Center, both day and night, especially during festivals.

In Quang Binh, the Dong Hoi City Environment and Climate Change Project Management Board has just handed over a system of 5 underground public toilets that meet standards and 1 semi-automatic toilet at major tourist attractions in Dong Hoi City to the Dong Hoi City Public Service Management Board for management and operation. People who need to use these toilets are exempted from fees. The project of these toilets is invested by the Dong Hoi City Environment and Climate Change Project Management Board, with a total investment of more than 15 billion VND (funded by the World Bank) and was put into operation after more than 1 year of construction.
