World gold price today goes up
At around 6:00 a.m. on April 16, today's gold price was trading at 2,241 USD/ounce, up 24 USD compared to the lowest price in last night's trading session of 2,227 USD/ounce.
Gold prices fluctuated today as investors waited for new information related to US tariffs to decide on market direction.
Meanwhile, the US stock market fell and the value of the USD was almost stable, which prompted many investors to invest in gold to make a profit. The gold price today bounced back, which is inevitable.
On the other hand, US bond interest rates fell to 4.3% and crude oil prices fell to $61/barrel, which also had a certain impact on today's gold price trend.
Previously, in Vietnam, the selling price of SJC gold at the end of April 15 was 108 million VND/tael. The price of gold rings was 106 million VND/tael.
