UTI Vina Vinh Phuc Co., Ltd., Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park (Binh Xuyen) is a 100% Korean-invested enterprise, operating in the field of electronic components manufacturing, specializing in providing high-tech products and solutions, serving large corporations in the global electronics industry.
In 2024, the company invested in the UTI project in Vinh Phuc worth 35 million USD. Thanks to its effective operations, at the end of March 2025, the company continued to sign a cooperation agreement with CNCTech Group Joint Stock Company to implement an electronics manufacturing investment project with a capital of 105 million USD.

In 2025, the company will continue to expand phase 2 in the province, this is a project in line with the province's orientation of attracting high-tech industry.
After more than 12 years of presence in Vinh Phuc, BHFlex Vina Co., Ltd., Khai Quang Industrial Park (Vinh Yen) has always maintained its growth momentum with a total investment capital of 140 million USD, an increase of nearly 150 times compared to the initial period, affirming its leading position among electronic component manufacturing enterprises in the province.
Currently, the company is a trusted supplier and partner of leading corporations such as Samsung, LG, SK... Along with domestic production and consumption, the company also promotes exports. In 2024, the company's export revenue will increase by 49%; creating jobs for more than 4,000 workers with an average income of 11 million VND/person/month.
According to statistics, the province's computer, electronic products and components have exploited traditional markets well and sought and developed new markets such as the US, ASEAN, Japan, Korea and are exporting strongly to EU markets including the Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, etc.
Many large enterprises in the province have proactively overcome difficulties and seized opportunities as Vietnam increasingly integrates deeply into the world economy to expand production and business scale, affirming their position in the market such as Heasung Vina Co., Ltd., Pratron Vina Co., Ltd., Jawa Vina Co., Ltd., Power Logics Vina Co., Ltd.
The province currently has more than 200 projects in the electronics industry, accounting for 60% of the total number of industrial projects invested in industrial parks.
Identifying the electronics industry as a key manufacturing industry in the economy and having a strong spillover effect on other industries, in recent years, the province has taken advantage of its geographical location and human resources to develop high-tech industries with semiconductor, chip, and artificial intelligence projects; completing traffic infrastructure that easily connects with other key industrial zones domestically and internationally; logistics infrastructure with ICD dry ports convenient for customs clearance and export; and ensuring a stable power system.
The Prime Minister has planned a land fund of about 4,500 hectares for Vinh Phuc to be ready for high-tech industrial projects, including specialized industrial parks to develop the semiconductor industry. In the first 3 months of 2025 alone, the province's revenue from electronic component manufacturing services is estimated at VND57.5 trillion, up 12.27% over the same period.
In the coming years, when Vietnam promotes the construction of e-Government, digital transformation in industries and fields, and the construction of smart factories according to cooperation programs between the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Samsung Vietnam Complex, the opportunity to develop the domestic market and the export market of computer components and computer products to the world of electronic component manufacturing enterprises in Vinh Phuc in particular and in the whole country in general will continue to have many opportunities for development.
Accordingly, the province will direct departments, branches and localities to continue to remove difficulties and facilitate enterprises in production and business development; effectively implement Free Trade Agreements, especially new generation agreements such as CPTPP, EVFTA, UKVFTA; train high-quality labor resources to meet the needs of enterprises, especially enterprises operating in the field of chips and semiconductors... contributing to making Vinh Phuc become the center of the electronics industry of the country.
