Today, March 22, the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department announced that it has sent a notice to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security regarding the "Temporary suspension of exit" for many business directors in the province.

Accordingly, the individuals whose exit was temporarily suspended include Mr. Nguyen AB (born in 1974), Director of Van Hung Phat Real Estate Services Joint Stock Company, Tan Thang Commune, Quynh Luu District; Mr. Tran VP, Director of Hoa Phong Company Limited, Xuan Lam Commune, Nam Dan District; Mr. Le V.D., Director of LT Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company, Dien Hong Commune, Dien Chau District.

Nghe An Province Tax Department said that the above individuals were temporarily suspended from leaving the country because the enterprise had not fulfilled its tax payment obligations.

The temporary suspension of exit for the 3 directors is from March 20 until they complete their tax payment obligations to the State budget.

Previously, on March 19, the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department announced a temporary suspension of exit for Mr. Nguyen CD, Director of Xuan Quynh Company Limited, Quynh Xuan Ward, Hoang Mai Town and Ms. Nguyen TQL, Director of Vinh Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, also because the enterprise had not fulfilled its tax payment obligations.

The period of temporary suspension of entry and exit is from the date of signing the document.
