In an open and democratic atmosphere, many union officials, union members and young people from units and localities in the province had questions and recommendations to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments and branches related to employment issues. Ms. Huynh Thi Quynh Anh (Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee) expressed her wish to know more about the impacts on young civil servants and public employees in the state apparatus before the work of arranging and streamlining the apparatus of the political system and the regimes and policies to ensure support and create jobs for young cadres if they are affected. Sharing the same concern, Mr. Huynh Duong Ngoc Anh Tuan (young person of Ninh Hoa town) expressed: "Before the streamlining and rearranging of the apparatus from the grassroots to the provincial level is being carried out urgently, it will pose many challenges in employment for young cadres and workers. We really want to know what opportunities there will be for young people to continue to develop their abilities in the coming time".

The youth also expressed their opinions on vocational training for young people who have completed their military service and returned to their hometowns, but do not have many opportunities to start a business. "There are still young people with skills in various fields, but they are not really high enough to meet the requirements set by businesses. So what are the orientations and policies of the province so that young people can receive proper vocational training and always be ready to meet the current labor market needs?", shared Mr. Dang Phi Quyen (a youth from Cam Ranh City).

As Secretary of the Youth Union and a lecturer who is directly teaching and researching at Nha Trang University, Mr. Do Quang Thang also sent to the provincial leaders his wishes for specific mechanisms and policies to create more favorable conditions for young scientists to wholeheartedly research, test and implement initiatives to serve the socio-economic development of the province. At the same time, he proposed to establish innovation ecosystems specifically for young people and young intellectuals such as: Provincial Youth Initiative Support Fund with flexible spending mechanism, evaluated according to output results; practical testing space for innovative ideas in Khanh Hoa's strengths such as marine economy, tourism, high-tech agriculture; a 3-party connection network (school - business - government) so that youth research and initiatives can be quickly transformed into specific products...

The organization needs to be more agile.

Informing the union members and youth, Mr. Vo Chi Vuong - Director of the Department of Home Affairs said that, in the face of the current implementation of the arrangement and innovation of the local apparatus, not only young cadres, civil servants and public employees but all laborers in the state apparatus are affected in general. However, the cadres, civil servants and public employees with many advantages in dynamism, quick approach to work, good adaptation... will always be given conditions to develop and promote their abilities. Therefore, the youth force needs to continue to promote their capacity, pioneer, and carry out good propaganda about the Party's guidelines and policies on streamlining and arranging the apparatus.

The leaders of the Department of Finance also provide information on labor recruitment; suitable labor supply and demand sources for young people to grasp and learn. Meanwhile, the leaders of the Department of Science and Technology hope that young people participating in scientific research and innovation need to be more proactive in connecting with the department to be provided with information on policies and support regimes for practical startup projects...

Talking to the youth at the dialogue, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan said that the opinions, recommendations and proposals of the youth have shown the legitimate aspirations of the youth on the current practical issue of employment and vocational training for young people, meeting the market demand in the future. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the Youth Union needs to be faster, pay attention to working with relevant departments, branches and businesses to provide early orientation for young people. Specifically, for young people participating in military service, it is necessary to coordinate career orientation before completing military service, so that immediately after discharge, this force can choose a career to study that suits their aspirations and meets market demand. For students, the Department of Education and Training is researching to expand the scope and training orientation for young people in occupations related to the development orientation of the province into a tourism center, a clean energy center... From there, there will be a high-quality workforce, meeting the right majors, and sufficient quantity for the market in the coming years.
