Mr. Lam Van Man: In order to prepare well for the construction of the Political Report of the 14th Soc Trang Provincial Party Executive Committee to be submitted to the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, on April 1, 2024, the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee issued a decision to establish a Document Subcommittee consisting of 19 comrades, with the Provincial Party Secretary as Head of the Subcommittee; directing the Document Subcommittee to develop a plan and outline for the Political Report; establish an Editorial Team and specialized Research Teams on economics, culture - society, national defense - security, foreign affairs; Party building and the political system.
It is expected that by January 2025, the draft Political Report will be submitted to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for comments. Mr. Lam Van Man: After 4 years of implementing the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, the appearance of rural areas, especially ethnic minority areas of the province, has increasingly improved; the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities has been constantly improved and raised.
