Ms. Krajăn Lim, 26 years old, Co Ho ethnic group, living in Bon Dong 2 residential group, Lac Duong town, Lac Duong district, Lam Dong province, and her husband Marian Takac, 35 years old, Slovakian nationality, have been producing coffee for consumption and export to Europe. Receiving us in a small house at the foot of Lang Biang mountain, Ms. Krajăn Lim confided that after finishing high school, she stayed at home and worked on the farm and grew coffee with her parents. Because she wanted to communicate with foreign tourists , in her free time, Lim went online and joined English learning groups. During one class, Lim interacted directly with Marian, and from then on they became close friends.

Krajăn Lim recalled: “At that time, Marian was an IT engineer and was traveling in Nha Trang ( Khanh Hoa ). Marian went online to teach English to improve her income, we got to know each other and met and felt very compatible… In 2018, Marian decided to stay in Vietnam to marry me and started researching, producing and processing Arabica coffee.”

The Arabica coffee products of Krajăn Lim and his wife have now been contracted by many partners in Marian's hometown. Since 2020, Lim and Marian have exported 8 tons of finished coffee products to European countries each year, most of which is the Federal Republic of Germany. For sustainable development, Krajăn Lim and Marian Takac have linked up with 20 Co Ho households with a total area of ​​over 22 hectares of coffee materials in the Lac Duong region, and at the same time registered the "Zanya Coffee" brand for their family's products. According to Marian, "Zanya" means a gentle, beautiful, strong woman who loves her family.

Ms. K'Cham said that to have quality coffee products, it is necessary to have a stable raw material area first. She has linked up with 10 Co Ho ethnic households to create a 12-hectare raw material area. K'Cham guides everyone to take advantage of manure, coffee husks, and agricultural by-products to compost coffee. This method of care not only ensures the environment, but also increases nutrients, loosens the soil, reduces pests and diseases, so coffee grows well. On average, 1 hectare of coffee produces over 3 tons of beans, with a purchase price of over 130,000 VND/kg, bringing a stable source of income to the people. In addition, K'Cham also creates stable jobs for 7 local Co Ho workers. Yu M'Nang coffee is certified by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee as a 3-star OCOP product.

To develop sustainable coffee, the couple Krajăn Lim and Marian Takac have linked up with 20 households of the Cơ Ho ethnic group with a total area of ​​over 22 hectares of coffee materials in the Lạc Dương region, and at the same time registered the brand "Zanya Coffee" for their family's products.

In 2024, in addition to selling processed coffee, Lieng Jrang K'Cham exported over 6 tons of finished coffee to the markets of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai... With the achieved results, Lieng Jrang K'Cham is a source of inspiration for young Co Ho people to learn and follow. Typically, the Blend coffee product under the Chu Mui coffee brand of Mr. Lieng Jrang Ha Hoang, Lat commune, Lac Duong district achieved 3-star OCOP.

Not only in Lac Duong, 6 Co Ho ethnic women in Dinh Trang Hoa commune, Di Linh district have also pioneered in applying ecological agricultural practices for more than 6 years. The clean coffee products of the Oh mi Koho Cooperative are being learned and followed by many Co Ho farmers here. Currently, the Oh mi Koho Coffee Cooperative has 2 product lines: clean coffee (with a logo of brocade patterns) and organic coffee (with an image of the K'Lao dam - a water source serving the life and agriculture of the Co Ho people). Both types of products do not use pesticides. The output includes ground coffee, dry coffee beans, and fresh coffee beans.
