To achieve high results in handling administrative procedures, the Provincial People's Committee has issued seven decisions and six plans to implement digital transformation tasks in 2024 and the following years; at the same time, it has completed upgrading the electronic information portal, successfully integrating 183 websites of agencies and units. This information portal not only serves the direction and administration but also provides useful information for people and businesses. The implementation of e-government and digital government is focused on with many resolutions and projects issued. The province has applied information technology in sociological surveys, serving the determination of administrative reform index.
Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee has directed agencies and units to review and restructure the administrative procedure process to provide better quality public administrative services; minimize the need for people and organizations to prepare many types of cumbersome documents; accurately and quickly process administrative procedures; at the same time, direct agencies and units to improve the quality of operations of one-stop shops at all levels in the province in handling administrative procedures for people and businesses; request officers and civil servants of one-stop shops at all levels to promote the digitization of records and results of handling administrative procedures.
In the 2022-2025 period, the province aims to increase at least 20% per year for each administrative level until reaching 100% to ensure connection and data sharing in handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment. To achieve this goal, the province will vigorously implement guiding documents of the Government and central ministries and branches on implementing mechanisms and projects to innovate the implementation of the one-stop and inter-connected one-stop mechanisms in handling administrative procedures...
The Provincial People's Committee has also issued a plan to digitize the results of handling administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of state agencies in the province for the period of 2020-2025, striving to digitize all valid results of handling administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of state administrative agencies in the province, to be completed before December 31, 2024.
