Law dissemination on the occasion of the 9th Vietnam-China border defense friendship exchange

Attending the program, on the Vietnamese side were: Lieutenant General Nguyen Anh Tuan, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Border Guard; Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Border Guard; representatives of functional agencies of the Border Guard Command; representatives of agencies and units under the Lang Son Border Guard Command, and outstanding young officers of the Lang Son Border Guard.

On the Chinese side, there were comrades: Truong Khanh Hieu, the second highest ranking investigator of the National Immigration Administration of China, and young officials from the Guangxi Immigration Border Inspection Station (China).

After the welcoming ceremony of the Chinese delegation, the delegations of the two countries planted youth friendship trees in the premises of Huu Nghi International Border Gate and organized propaganda and dissemination of laws to people on both sides of the border about some basic contents of the Agreement on border management regulations and the Agreement on border gates and regulations on management of land border gates between Vietnam and China between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the People's Republic of China.

These activities are part of the exchange program between young officers of Lang Son Border Guard and young officers of Guangxi Immigration Border Control Station (China).

The development of the program demonstrates the concern and trust of the leaders of the two forces for the young generation, creating opportunities for the young generation of the two forces to meet, exchange and share experiences in performing their tasks. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for the young generation of the two sides to review the glorious traditions and friendship, together preserve, cultivate and strengthen the special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, two States and two forces, in accordance with the spirit of " good neighbors, good friends, good comrades, good partners " of Vietnam and China.

Identifying propaganda, dissemination and legal education as one of the key and regular, continuous tasks, in recent times, the Party Committee and Command of Lang Son Border Guard have organized many propaganda activities with diverse and rich forms to gradually form a sense of self-consciousness in complying with the law for people in the border area.

In addition, Lang Son Border Guard actively and proactively coordinates with Chinese authorities to organize propaganda, dissemination and legal education for people who regularly enter and exit through border gates and borders between the two countries, thereby building a close relationship in maintaining security and order in border areas and border gates.
