Number of newly established businesses in Hai Duong increased by more than 18%

Most administrative procedures related to the business sector, business registration, conversion of operating models, increase of charter capital, etc. are received and processed in the electronic environment.

According to the Hai Duong Department of Finance, from January 1 to March 15, the whole province had 457 newly established enterprises, an increase of 18.4% over the same period last year; total registered capital was over 30,500 billion VND.

During the same period, the province had 104 dissolved enterprises, an increase of 55.2%; 733 enterprises temporarily suspended operations, an increase of 16% and 243 enterprises resumed operations, an increase of 15.8%.

To date, the province has more than 21,000 enterprises with a total registered capital of nearly 250,000 billion VND.

Also according to the Department of Finance, since March 1, after the merger of the two departments (Finance and Planning and Investment), all activities related to receiving and handling administrative procedures of enterprises, organizations and individuals have been stable and smooth. Currently, about 98% of administrative procedure records related to the field of enterprises, business registration, conversion of operating models, increase of charter capital, etc. are received and handled in the electronic environment.
