Authorities are determined to deal with violators. |
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Tu Anh, Deputy Captain of Traffic Police Team No. 14, said that homemade three-wheeled vehicles often do not ensure technical safety and can easily cause traffic accidents, especially in densely populated areas. The unit not only focuses on strictly handling violations but also promotes propaganda and mobilization of people and businesses not to use homemade vehicles, while encouraging voluntary surrender and destruction of vehicles.
Since March 15, Traffic Police Team No. 14 has discovered and handled 13 homemade three-wheeled vehicles, completed the confiscation proposal, and mobilized the destruction of two vehicles.
