After the Prime Minister's direction, how are Novaland's projects?

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nova Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (Novaland) Bui Thanh Nhon thanked the Government and the Prime Minister for their attention, listening, understanding and strong direction to remove difficulties for the business community.

He also said that, after the Prime Minister's direction, up to now, Novaland's projects have basically had specific solutions and are in the process of being resolved.

Most of the projects in Ba Ria Vung Tau have been approved by the provincial leaders. Projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Binh Thuan have been enthusiastically guided by the working group and ministries and sectors and the localities are focusing on resolving them.

Novaland Group leaders also made 5 recommendations to the Government.

Firstly, further accelerate the progress of thoroughly removing legal obstacles for all projects nationwide in the shortest possible time on a consistent legal basis from Local - Government - National Assembly.

Second, clarify Conclusion No. 14-KL/TW dated September 22, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee on the policy of encouraging and protecting cadres so that local cadres have a clear legal basis, in order to be more confident in resolving difficulties for businesses, creating breakthroughs to contribute to a developing Vietnam.

Third, strengthen the construction of legal guarantees for the private economy to develop with confidence. Do not criminalize the economy on the basis of issuing legal documents. Protect the property rights of private enterprises and the interests of entrepreneurs according to the provisions of law.

Fourth, strengthen policy support for the sustainable development of the private economy to increase the contribution of the private economy to the economy. No distinction between private enterprises and state-owned enterprises. Enhance competitiveness, support Vietnamese enterprises to reach international standards.

Fifth, there are incentive and support policies, especially for businesses that must directly build transport infrastructure and social infrastructure in projects in disadvantaged areas, businesses that apply high technology and green urban areas to help reduce emissions, help develop localities, create more jobs, improve people's lives; and contribute to social security.

Previously, on May 30, the Prime Minister sent an official dispatch to Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi, requesting to work directly with Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Novaland Group, to resolve difficulties at Novaland's projects in Dong Nai and report to the Prime Minister.
