In addition, the center also organizes many festival activities, mass art performances, creating a vibrant community art movement. Through these activities, the center has discovered new cores and factors in the province's art and culture movement. From there, there are directions for training, fostering and developing new factors for the province's art and culture. At the same time, the center also coordinates with sectors, organizations and localities to organize activities, support cultural and art movements at the grassroots level, integrate cultural heritage into activities, help people understand cultural heritage and to exploit, promote, and let heritage continue to live with time. Integrate the organization of hobby club activities so that people have a place for cultural and artistic activities. People are oriented, supported and guided to not only enjoy culture and art but also create cultural and artistic products for the community to enjoy.

Faced with the impact of globalization, international competition and especially the fourth industrial revolution, with the rapid development of digital technology, it has brought both opportunities and new challenges in building and developing cultural and artistic activities. The widespread popularity of social networks, the increasingly powerful ChatGPT technology - artificial intelligence Chatbot, has become a direct challenge to creative cultural and artistic activities as well as cultural and artistic performances. This requires artists to innovate themselves even more.

In the current context, giving a message to the young musicians and artists, musician Lan Phong said: Musicians need to hone their profession, do not be satisfied with themselves. At the same time, pay attention to training the successors. Talented brothers need to strive harder. The older artists promote their responsibility to participate in training and fostering. Clubs are the closest places to train the successors, exchange with each other to have more new works. Only then will they be strong and have a sure direction. Management agencies need to have certain investment attention to develop. The young artists need to put themselves close to reality, exploit the values ​​of their homeland to create works that breathe the era, linked to reality. Artists need to cherish so that their works of art are accepted and spread by the people.

The rejuvenation of the literary creative team in particular and the province's cultural and artistic activities in general is not a new issue and has been mentioned a lot as a solution to promote the development of the province's cultural and artistic activities. According to artists in the industry, "searching" is a proactive solution when in reality there is no shortage of young writers in the province. Along with that, it is necessary to promote works, spread competitions, creative movements, exchange activities to attract the attention of young writers, and sow the seeds of creativity in children and young people.

Promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation to implement information channels, introduce members' artistic works. Pay attention to nurturing young artists, inheriting, having practical plans to discover and nurture young authors and local branches. Nguyen Dinh Chieu Literature and Arts Association needs to promote its role and enhance the responsibility of artists towards their homeland, actively contributing artistic works to directly serve the socio-economic development of the province.

To do that, creators must cultivate their thinking, innovate content and form so that their works both have the identity of their homeland and keep up with the trends of the times.”
